UNITEC Cumbres

Project management for the development of a campus for 8,000 students. Our participation in this project included the search and analysis of land for the project, the coordination of the designs and projects, the base budget and overall schedule of the work, bids for building contracts, the overall coordination of construction, closure of contracts and the property being brought into use. The project included the conversion of a sports club into a university campus.
