Project management for the construction of a campus for 8,000 students. Our participation in this project included the search and analysis of the land for the project, the coordination of the designs and projects, the base budget and overall work schedule, bids for building contracts, the overall coordination of construction, closure of contracts and bringing the property into use. We concluded the construction of 35,000 m2 of covered area and 40,000 m2 of outdoor area over 8 months, with the participation of 3 general contractors. This project won the National Sustainability Award for 2009, which is awarded to educational buildings that have successfully installed passive thermal control and waste water recycling systems, which help decrease the daily water consumption per student.
