BIM methodology is the process of generation and data management structures throughout their lifecycle using dynamic software.
We virtually built buildings (before building them physically) in search of diminishing resources and time losses in the design and construction. In the design phase, we do so seeking to achieve a better project coordinated, identified missing information, interference and inconsistencies between disciplines. We’re also looking to get concepts and very precise quantifications and catalogs the accurate information to define appropriate work programmes. During construction, we use the methodology to monitor and control the project, the progress of the work changes and get the planes as-built.
