GDP: grew 0.6% in the first quarter of the year
Regarding the theme, the National Institute of statistics and geography (INEGI), announced that in comparison with the first quarter of last year, gross domestic product grew 0.6% during this first part of 2017.
Indicated that the primary activities is that has better performance since 2016, with a growth of 6.5%, while the tertiary activities grew by 3.8%; on the other hand, secondary activities decreased 1.3%.
In relation to the subject, you can be considered even the rate of business opinion, that in the manufacturing sector showed a monthly increase of 0.5 points, construction and trade rose 3.1 points and 2.7 respectively, compared to the previous month.
