1950

In 1950 in Mexico, Mario Rosado Gutiérrez, a visionary industrial, highly committed to society and to generate prosperity in the industry, ventured into different industries. Concerned with innovation and value generation, he was able to embark on projects that allowed him to get directly involved in the construction industry.

Transmitting to his children values of responsibility, loyalty and trust, he was able to form an exemplary family, where union and respect were some of the many qualities that defined them.

1987

And so, in 1987 Mario Rosado Devesa decided to undertake a great project and create MARQ Proyectos y Construcciones. His experience in the construction industry and the ongoing innovation and adaptability of the work conducted in such industry allowed him to build close relationships with his future clients, with whom he was able to maintain close ties of cooperation.

In 1989 MARQ Proyectos y Construcciones completed its first project by offering solutions to meet the needs of the construction, putting together an efficient, creative and dynamic work team. MARQ offered project, budgets and work control management.

2009

Mario Rosado Fuentes joined the company in 2009, bringing with him fresh business ideas and market strategies, thus marking the beginning of Grupo MARQ. In 2013 he created the company MPC Dirección, Gerencia y Supervisión and in 2015 he created Marqcret, which offers project supervision and construction services.

Over the last few years, he has worked to push Grupo MARQ forward, by envisioning new business units, such as real estate development, planning using BIM methodology, the sale of construction materials and consulting for sustainable buildings.
