New housing development in Pantitlan
Real estate want to House and the architect Mexicano Enrique Norten, announced their Alliance to build 4th Street, a residential complex that will be located in the area of Pantitlán, delegation Venustiano Carranza, city of Mexico. In this project, more than 100 million pesos will be invested.

In this regard, Enrique Norten, founder of the law firm TEN Arquitectos, shared his opinion, that the project is "an innovative architectural proposal that will improve the urban landscape".
According to the information which was unveiled on 4th Street, the set includes 126 houses and will consist of six towers, from among five levels and six levels, lobby, multipurpose room and a basement. Modular, cost-effective materials in each tower that will be an architectural composition through the mix of colors, textures, and panels will be used in this method. The project will also activate the urban space with commercial Street areas and public areas, even you can generate activities such as reading, games and sports. José Shabot Cherem, CEO of I House – company focused in long-distance media housing in the city-said: "the 4th Street development will provide to the population of a harmonious with enduring architecture housing and low-maintenance".
He also explained that each year the age population increases in Mexico to buy housing, as a result of the demographic bonus.
