Our involvement in this development included the preparation of a base budget, coordination of construction, and project and progress management. The Torre Altus is the tallest apartment building in Mexico and Latin America and is 44-stories and 195 m tall. At its completion it was the third tallest building in Mexico and the tallest concrete structure. The building is managed by an intelligent Building Management System (BMS).
