Development of the virtual pre-construction model, as well as the concept and quantifications catalogue of the General Hospital in Ixtapan de la Sal with 3,300 m2 of construction. Our scope includes the architectural and structural models, exterior projects, hydraulic, sanitary and electric installations, air conditioning system, general and medicinal gas installations, voice, data and pneumatic delivery systems. The Hospital is a second level healthcare facility with 20 beds and is intended to provide timely medical attention during emergency situations and to help overcome the overcrowding at Hospitals 220 and 221 in Toluca. The Hospital will have basic core specialties of Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology and Obstetrics, including Emergency Care, Laboratory, Imaging and Outpatient services.
